Young’s Brewery
The Brief
We are delighted that we have been working with Young’s Brewery for over 15 years. This project required us to find a cost effective solution to rebrand their tenanted estate as the Ram Pub Company.
Our expert team designed a cost effective, durable and easy to install solution enabling the new sign design to fit over the existing Young’s signage.
The Approach
We review each pub, taking an itinerary of the existing signs and producing a proposal, including photo mock ups and dimensioned drawings. Once this is approved, if required we submit advertising consent (planning) applications and arrange logistics and access prior to completing the installation. The signs are moulded in GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic). This process allows the three dimensional effect of raised lettering and perimeter lines to be produced. Also, the signs are lightweight so don’t put unnecessary strain on the building fabric, and we have the legendary longevity that GRP provides. The mouldings have a special colour matched matt gelcoat finish to meet the new Young's corporate image, they are then taken to our paint shop to have the fabulous Ardenbrite metallic gold leaf effect paint applied prior to the black lettering being infilled.
